Are Court Records Public in Randolph County?

Arrest Records and Inmate Information
The Randolph County Sheriff's Department maintains recent arrest records and current jail rosters. Civil Judgment Collection
Once a civil judgment is awarded, collecting on it is the responsibility of the judgment creditor. A Release of Judgment must be filed with the Clerk when a judgment is fully paid. Indiana law permits only one garnishment order to be applied against wages at a time, applied in the order received by the employer.
